Debbie Dixon is a transformational guide whose life is living proof of what’s possible when we choose healing, alignment, and the power of belief.
As the founder of LOVE is the TRUTH (LITT), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Debbie creates life-changing experiences that help people reconnect to their essence and reclaim their joy. A yoga teacher, intuitive life coach, speaker, and the author of “The Path to Freedom: Your Guide to Living the Life of Your Dreams,” she is known for her down-to-earth wisdom and radiant energy that awakens truth in others.
🌿 Her Journey
Debbie's path was anything but easy. By the age of 15, she was homeless. By 17, a mother. Her early life was marked by abuse, trauma, and survival—shaped by a world that taught her to fight alone. And yet, it was from this place of pain that her transformation began.
Yoga found her when she needed it most—not just as movement, but as medicine. The postures gave her strength, the breath gave her peace, and the philosophy showed her another way. Over the past 20 years, yoga has not only healed her body—it has transformed her life.
Through breath, stillness, movement, and meditation, Debbie awakened to self-realization and a new level of consciousness. She began to see a world rooted not in fear, but in love.

Out of this awakening came her signature program, Realizing Your Dreams—a powerful process that empowers individuals to shift their beliefs, expand their vibration, and create lives of freedom, love, and purpose.
