What an amazing weekend at the Abundance and Prosperity retreat! The location you choose could not have been more perfect for us to explore our dreams, and that we did! The work we all did together as a group, by ourselves, and one on one with you definitely left me with a plan to realize my dreams. I left the weekend, with a sense of confidence, and an understanding of why I do the things I do, and how to change it. You are a truly amazing teacher and I am so grateful you have chosen to share your gifts. I can’t wait for the next retreat!

I wanted to tell you, once again, how much I loved the workshop. It was the exact message I need at this time. My coworker, ******, recommended it to me. She currently does hot yoga at your studio. If you are thinking of joining Debbie in Costa Rica for the 2nd Annual Realizing your Dreams Retreat at Blue Spirit, don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed! This was my first time to Costa Rica and I didn’t know what to anticipate. I only was sure that traveling abroad with our two amazing hostesses and a group of like minded souls would be an adventure.
The accommodations leave nothing to be desired…Blue Spirit gifts you with stunning views, comfortable quarters and delicious, healthy meals. There are so many unique little niches to discover via trails and walkways, a great space for doing self exploration! There is also a lovely pool and amazing spa services available. All located on a near deserted beach and a short walk from the town of Nosara where you will find lots of shops and outdoor dining. The locals are very kind and relaxed and it’s easy to see why their mantra is Pure Vida. There is also the option to go on day excursions like horseback riding at sunset, visiting the animal refuge, zip lining and surfing.
If I wasn’t going to be staying home with a new addition to my family during the upcoming trip dates, I would readily sign up. I’m
looking forward to the 3rd annual trip!

I was not sure what to expect when I attended. I thought it might be a networking affair.It was much more because it was a learning experience. There were definite training tools to use in everyday life and also to be able to show others how to be happy. I thought Debbie ran an excellent workshop that was comfortable, informal and well organized. I was impressed and transformed!
To say my life has been impacted positively by your life coaching, would be the understatement of the year. She often speaks that "Life begins at the end of your comfort zone". I found this was definitely true and should be expected. Without this, there would never be any change. For myself, making significant changes in my life was very intimidating, but her support and encouragement became very beneficial every step of the way. For myself, I found that she was and continues to be a very caring and attentive listener which is a must for any life coach! For my situation, I went to seek her guidance primarily in the area of relationships. After a few sessions, my dating life went from essentially non-existent to having more dates in 1 month than the previous 5 years combined! This has also led me to now be in a wonderful relationship with a beautiful woman that I love very much! This would not have ever happened without Debbie and her life coaching!
