We begin with a heart‑opening cacao ritual, softening the edges and awakening the inner wisdom that already knows the way. From this grounded presence, we move into intention setting, calling in what you are ready to embody, release, or become.

You’ll then be guided through a transformational breathwork journey, clearing stagnant energy and activating your inner light. We close with a deeply restorative sound‑healing immersion, allowing the body, mind, and spirit to integrate the frequencies of clarity, love, and remembrance.
