Experience some of the incredibly healing, foundational poses of Hatha Yoga with time to explore and deepen. In this 90 minute yoga class we will focus on the 26 poses and 2 breathing poses with long deep holds and two set of everything. If you love your traditional Hot Yoga sequence, this class will be all of that and more. Three of the standing poses will be explained, deepened and hands on assists will be available to take your practice to the next level. We will allow and extra 30 minutes for a long deep savasana and questions about specific poses. This practice is for everyone- all levels
