With the wake of the Covid-19, the news reports of quarantines and airport shutdowns made getting to Costa Rica no small feat.

Yet, 12 Yogi’s listened to the calling of their souls and joined me and the LiTT Tribe halfway across the world.

A day of travel is only the first step on this amazing adventure.

Each of these incredible humans took a leap of faith into the unknown.

Arriving in Costa Rica was only the beginning.

Nothing about the new environment was what they are accustomed to.

Faced with a hot?, new animals ????, birds and bugs?, the constant noise of the jungle?, new people?‍♀️, new food?, new routine, and so much more.

These 12 amazing people, had answered a call from their soul for clarity, transformation, healing and reconnection with nature.

The LiTT Tribe Retreat in Costa Rica is for those being called towards a shift in their; relationships, health (mental and physical), career, home or spirituality.

Shaking things up is an important ingredient to the recipe for transformation.

Not only would the challenges be presented on the outside environment.

They faced their fears of vulnerability as said “yes” when asked to take off their masks and allow their true selves and their biggest dreams to be seen and heard.

As the group bonded a feeling of safety and support emerged, people found themselves doing things they never would’ve believed they could.

Some jumped off cliffs near waterfalls and others flew through the jungle on zip lines and Tarzan ropes.

Each passing day we chose to embrace our fear but, never let it dictate our choices or stop us.
.
Fear became a tool revealing old wounds, blocks and limiting beliefs.
.
Every time they looked at the fear directly they found freedom.
.
Each person returned home safely; empowered and connected to a deep sense of love for themselves and a new appreciation of what they were capable of.

They created friendships and bonds that will be there for a lifetime.

Embracing fear allowed them to look at their shadows and inner demons and embrace them.
